Violetta J'adore
Violetta J'Adore, is a prominent drag artist, makeup artist, and events producer. She draws inspiration from her Mediterranean roots, having origins in both Greece and Cyprus, and combines this heritage with a London aesthetic in her performances​​. Starting her drag journey in Madrid in 2017, Violetta has since become a celebrated figure in the drag community, performing across multiple countries and earning accolades, including being named LGBTQ+ Entertainer of the Year for 2024/25 by the Prestige Awards​.
Her performances are noted for their high energy, glamour, humour, and heartfelt musical performances that captivate audiences. Violetta's background as a makeup artist (and Viva Glam ambassador for MAC Cosmetics) has significantly influenced her drag artistry, contributing to her striking and polished stage presence​.
In addition to her stage performances, Violetta has been involved in various brand campaigns, photoshoots, and productions, further showcasing her versatility and dedication to the art of drag. Her recent projects include hosting events for LGBTQ+ History Month, performing at EuroPride 2024 in Thessaloniki, Greece​, and producing and completing a European tour for the promotion of her first single, ‘Rule The Night’. Finally, Violetta has a BSc in Psychology in Practice (Birkbeck, University of London).

Mikolaj Chrobot
Miko is a queer migrant theatre director and producer based in London known for his innovative approach to new writing, reimagining classical plays, and incorporating queer themes into his work. He has directed several notable productions, including ‘Mary Lacy Woz Queer’ at the King's Head Theatre, which reimagines the life of an 18th-century shipwright through a modern, queer lens. His most recent work is the direction of ‘Contractions’, a play by Mike Bartlett. 
Miko has been running his own theatre company called Glitter Theatrical since 2018. He has a BA in Film from the University of Roehampton, an MA in Musical Theatre by Goldsmiths, University of London, and has also trained in an MA Contemporary Directing Practice course at Rose Bruford College. Miko has gained valuable experience as a creative director and venue supervisor at Social Convention where he oversaw show productions like ‘The Greatest Drag Show’ from the very early stages including the funding stage until the realisation of the productions. 
Last but not least Miko is also a drag queen, with the name Reya Sunshine. She has performed in various instances in London venues. Her drag persona allows Miko to explore another artistic aspect and express feelings and emotions through drag performance which itself combines various performative artforms like dance, comedy, and acting.
Tammy Tsanaka
Tammy Tsanaka is a prominent non-binary drag artist, DJ, and visual artist from Athens, Greece. Known for their vibrant and expressive persona, Tammy Tsanaka combines political messages, satire, and fashion in their performances. They began their career in the Athenian alternative queer scene in 2019 and have since become a significant figure in various LGBTQ+ events, including EuroPride 2024.
Tammy's journey into drag started while they were studying animation, using makeup as a medium to express their self and address their personal and societal issues. Their drag persona represents their ultimate expression of confidence and outspokenness. Tammy's aesthetic is heavily influenced by dreams and conversations, aiming to transform themselves into a piece of moving art​.

In addition to performing, Tammy Tsanaka is also dedicated to creating inclusive spaces. They co-founded the party "Barbie Psychanella," aimed at ensuring everyone feels included and can enjoy the artistic offerings in a safe environment​.

PJ Mugiwara
PJ Mugiwara, is a well-known queer DJ, performer, and choreographer based in Greece. He has studied business management and dance. His performances are a unique blend of DJing and dance, often drawing inspiration from vibrant colours which are incorporated in colourful outfits and masks, which he makes himself. He has been active in the queer nightlife scene for several years, being producer of Patra’s Pride and gradually becoming a significant figure in events like Athens Pride and other LGBTQ+ gatherings and techno music festivals.
PJ Mugiwara is recognised for his ability to engage with audiences in venues, creating an inclusive and energetic atmosphere. He plays mainly pop, RnB, and techno and he often performs at various notable events, including the Athens Pre Pride Party, where he captivates the crowd with his dynamic sets and dance performances.
His artistic approach is deeply influenced by his mood and surroundings, with LED masks playing a crucial role in his performances to convey different emotions and themes. This creative process allows him to connect deeply with his audience, ensuring each show is a unique and memorable experience. Mugiwara is co-founder of the ‘Barbie Psychanella’ events and always strives to create safe places for queer art and existence.
Contino
Contino is a graphic designer, DJ, and co-founder of ‘Barbie Psychanella’. He studied graphic design and has used this experience to create immaculate artistic concepts, visuals, and posters for the ‘Barbie Psychanella’ events. 

Contino is following his dream and love for music collaborating with various musicians in the Greek scene and performing his own DJ sets. 

He is continuously exploring and pushing creative and personal boundaries through artistic creation.

Ioannis Klaras
Yannis is a researcher in the field of law and human rights. He has an LLM in International Law and Social Justice (University of Brighton) and he is currently a PhD researcher at the Human Rights Centre, School of Law, University of Essex. His research focuses on the discourse of human rights, particularly Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ESCR), and its relationship to neoliberalism. Yannis employs Critical Discourse Analysis to explore how neoliberal ideology influences ESCR discourse and examines instances of resistance within this context​​.
Before joining the University of Essex, Yannis worked as a research assistant at the Krateros Ioannou Research Institute for International Law and International Relations (Democritus University of Thrace), as a legal clerk, a legal assistant at the Hellenic Parliament, and trainee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece. He also contributed to various research projects, including a review of the Jurisprudence of the Permanent Court of International Justice​.
During the last few years, they have explored more artistic aspects their self. Yannis has assisted in the production and management of various shows including a European tour by communicating with venues, building and maintaining a website for Violetta J’Adore, assisting in the management of the social accounts of Violetta J’Adore, creating visuals, posters, and other promotional materials for events and venues. Yannis was, along with Violetta, the co-creator of the idea behind this project.
Rafael Raylight
Rafa has been working as a personal assistant to drag artists and other performers in various kinds of events as well as a construction worker in London.  He has studied tourism in Greece and has many years of experience as a volunteer in various pride events including the EuroPride 2024 (in various positions).
He has valuable experience in construction and safeguarding procedures through years of experience in the field. 
As a person, Rafa loves to help others to the best of his abilities, and he ensures the well-being and safety of everyone.
